Celebrate love, even as a single person.

Celebrate love for what it means, not for what someone might have done to you. I’ve realized that not all people like celebrating love when they are single especially after they have gone through a major breakup. But it sure doesn't mean you can’t love yourself even if someone else does not.

Don’t let Valentine’s Day be the reason to feel extra alone.

Celebrating singlehood and living it well is far more attractive then whining about being single all the time. Your single life is far too precious so see it as a gift. Stop telling people how you wish you weren’t single. Treat yourself right and be extra aware about all the good things you can experience at this phase of your life.

Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be about only having a significant other. Celebrate all of the other love in your life — God’s love towards you, your friends, your family, your teachers, and many others! Many people choose to only celebrate love towards their significant other on Valentine’s Day, I’m sorry but they are wrong. Just because February 15 is no longer Valentine’s Day, doesn’t mean I/you can’t celebrate love — so don’t make it just about a significant other — LOVE ALWAYS!

Daydreaming for things to be different isn’t going to make you happier.

Always be grateful for your present moment even if it means being single on Valentine’s Day. Don’t wish for something that isn’t your reality, it will only make you feel more lonely. Just because there isn’t a significant other in your life doesn’t mean you can’t be happy on your own. Spoil yourself and your loved ones — let them know you care.

People might say singles know how to have the most fun, whether it is true to you or not, GO HAVE SOME FUN! Throw a Galentine’s day or have some quality bro time. Celebrate yourself for being strong, confident, and free.

Let the Valentine’s day celebrations of love lead you to the Love that truly satisfies.

We wouldn't know what love is if God didn’t love us first. Whether you are believer or not, know that He is enamored with you and wants to be everything to you.
